Gentle Yoga Flow Wednesday 11.30am * to be scheduled

A gentle style of Yoga suitable for beginner level, post natal or for those who enjoy a gentle flowing pace. Progress through each series of 5 classes. Guided by Yoga Teacher Rachel Fanto you may notice improve strength and flexibility. Complete each class with a short guided meditation, leaving you feeling calm and centred.
