Private Pilates
The Balance2health team are available for private and semi-private Pilates. Private sessions are recommended if you are new to Pilates, enjoy 1:1 session tailored to your needs, require Remedial Pilates post injury or illness or have been referred by an Allied Health Professional. Private sessions include pre-exercise screening, discussion of goals, postural assessment, instruction of correct technique and breathing patterns. Every session providing you with confidence, motivation and support, in a safe, comfortable, private studio environment, progressing at your own pace. Suitable for 1 - 2 people only.
