Alexia Morris: OWNER - Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Group Exercise Instructor
With more than 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry, Alexia Morris has a true passion for exercise, and is dedicated to helping others enjoy a more active and healthy lifestyle. With a background in education and fitness, Alexia established Balance2health in 2008 and continues to lead a highly qualified and dedicated team. Alexia has the ability to motivate and and greatly encourage others to make exercise a part of life, empowering her clients to become stronger both mentally and physically. As a skilled communicator, Alexia easily finds connection with every client and always aims to assist her clients to feel confident in their own abilities.
In recent years, Alexia has also specialised in assisting people, through gentle exercise who are recovering from illness and injury, often having been referred by local Allied Health Professionals. Alexia's extensive career, combined with a genuine interest in helping others and natural empathy, has enabled her to instruct many different styles of classes and training sessions, resulting in a very loyal following.

Adrienn German: Pilates Instructor & bodyART Teacher
Adrienn German has been teaching in the Fitness Industry since 2004. Adrienn's passion and experience in movement and dance has lead her to diversify her Pilates Instruction, to include Chi Ball, Rainbow Kids, Family Yoga and GROOVE. Adrienn’s own practice assisted her recovery from an ankle and lower back injury. Adrienn's experience in the corporate world, provides her with great insight regarding the imbalance and stress on the body, often the result of long working office hours. Adrienn also maintains her own practice by regularly attending Dance and Yoga classes. Her gentle, encouraging teaching style is very popular with class members of all ages and stages.

Alex Collins: Pilates & Barre Attack Instructor
Alex Collins decided to fully embrace her passion for Pilates after seven years of being a devotee. In 2012 she studied to become a Pilates Instructor. With a background in Classical Ballet with the Queensland Ballet, she has also continued with involvement in adult dance. Being the proud mother of four young men, Alex understands the pressures of busy lives and the importance of striving to achieve a balanced approach. Alex firmly believes Pilates is beneficial for both mind and body and helps to maintain this balance. Her focus is on technique, strength and flexibility in a welcoming environment.

Lilly Wicks: Pilates Instructor
Lilly has a professional background as an Allied Health Practitioner and has been practising Pilates for 15 years with the past 10 years at Balance2health. Lilly’s experience in developing her own practice in a small studio environment, inspired her to further her interest in Pilates by completing the Polestar Pilates Mat Certification in 2016 and Studio Certification in 2018. One of the things Lilly enjoys about practising and teaching Pilates is the opportunity to help people discover, not only the benefits that regular Pilates practice can bring but to find new ways to challenge the body, refine technique and enjoy that all important escape from a busy work and home life.
